RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the order received is not satisfactory, you have, from the date of receipt, fourteen days to return it, provided that the product has not been used or damaged and has been returned with all its original packaging and labels.

It is not possible to make the return or exchange of special orders or products made to measure, such as: blinds, rugs, baseboards, personalized plates...

Products in Outlet, Liquidation or Offer are acquired on the condition that they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange and / or return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products. It is necessary that we communicate in advance by email the reasons that cause the change and / or return.

We always try to elaborate the products adjusting as much as possible to the measure that we indicate, although there may be some centimeter of difference since it is a 100% handmade work. The products may differ a bit with the photographs that appear on the web in shape and color / tone since it is a natural material and is all made by hand, so if it changes a little in shape / size or color, returns will not be accepted in this case. As long as it is reasonable.

The return of the product will be made by Artesanías Pérez y Pérez, never the customer.

Once the returned product is received, we will verify that it is in good condition, that it has not been used or damaged and that it has been returned with all its original packaging and labels, and we will proceed to make the exchange or refund of the corresponding amount depending on of what you have sent.

If the transport company delivers the package of your order with surface defects in the packaging, it must indicate it on the delivery note, and in the event that the package arrived broken or in poor condition, it is imperative, first, not to accept the delivery indicating the reason on the delivery note of the carrier and, secondly, you must notify us of the fact within 24 hours of the delivery attempt; If it is not done in this way, it is not possible to process any claim.
