SPAIN-PENINSULAR

For shipments in Spain (Peninsula) the shipping costs are 6'99 euros up to 100 euros of purchase. From 100 euros of purchase, shipments are free.

SPAIN-BALEARIC ISLANDS

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands depend on the volume of the products. To check the shipping costs, register with the delivery address in the Balearic Islands and add the products you want to the cart, then you will be able to see the amount of the shipment. 

Once you have registered as a client, the web will show in certain products, the measurements that are possible to send to the Balearic Islands. 

If, once the order is formalized, we observe that you have purchased a product with measures that we cannot send, we will contact you via email to resolve the error. 

PORTUGAL

Shipping costs to Portugal depend on the volume of the products. To check the shipping costs, register with the delivery address in Portugal and add the products you want to the cart, then you will be able to see the amount of the shipment. 

Once you have registered as a customer, the website will show, for certain products, the measurements that can be sent to Portugal. 

If, once the order is formalized, we observe that you have purchased a product with measures that we cannot send, we will contact you via email to resolve the error. 

France (Small Volume Parcel)

Shipping costs to France depend on the volume of the products. To check the shipping costs, register with the delivery address in France and add the products you want to the cart, then you will be able to see the amount of the shipment. If an available carrier does not appear, it is because the product/s to be sent exceeds the limits of the agency and we have to provide an alternative budget to the one offered on the web.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS OF PRODUCTS (HOME DELIVERY / WORKSHOP PICKUP)

• The shipping times indicated in the entire section "Shipping Times and Distribution Areas" are indicative, and Artesanías Pérez y Pérez will make every effort to meet the indicated deadlines.

• In situations of delivery delays due to force majeure (re-shipping, holidays (local, national, provincial, regional, vacation periods (August/December)) or similar situations), we will try to keep you informed of any possible delay that may occur, depending on the information provided by the contracted transport agency. Artesanías Pérez y Pérez is not responsible for these delays (although we will make every effort to ensure delivery as soon as possible).

• These times will always be calculated based on working days - Monday to Friday - as the courier service contracted by Artesanías Pérez y Pérez does not make shipments on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

• It is important that you provide your shipping address correctly; if for some reason (inaccessible property, unpaved or poorly maintained roads, routes with impossible access due to truck volume, delivery of bulky goods (heavy packages or pallets on floors)) the delivery of the goods is not possible, the delivery will be made to an alternative address in the same town/city or the nearest possible point to the initially indicated address. If the buyer does not accept the above conditions, they will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the delivery and return of the material. In the case of sale, custom, clearance, or outlet products, the products cannot be returned, and if they are returned to our workshop, the customer must pay the indicated shipping cost for a new shipment to their address.

• The customer agrees to be at the delivery address and on the day agreed with the transport company. If, after agreeing on the delivery with the transport agency (by phone, SMS, email, etc.), the customer is not present at the agreed time and place, it is possible that the transport agency will not make a new delivery attempt and that a supplement will be required for the second delivery. This supplement will be communicated by Artesanías Pérez y Pérez to the customer, and if it is not paid within 2-3 working days, the package will be returned to our workshop, and the previous supplement and a new transport service must be paid to resend the order (if not, the order will not be refunded). Please ensure that you are present in the area and comply with the agreement with the carrier or provide an alternative address within the same town/city with broad schedules (neighbors, shops, acquaintances, etc.) where the package can be left to avoid absences and reshipping.

• Keep your delivery address updated whenever there is a change. Otherwise, delays or losses in your orders may occur, for which Artesanías Pérez y Pérez will not be responsible.

• Since we work with medium to large-sized packages, the agency's delivery times may vary. Sometimes, delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated time due to the need to coordinate routes and appropriate trucks to deliver to your area. While we will do everything we can to expedite delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the transport agency.

• For workshop pickup, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm stock and availability.

• Orders will be delivered at street level, meaning the carrier will leave the package at the entrance of the building, gate or customer’s home. Delivery does not include carrying the package upstairs or placing the product inside the home.
