SHIPPING TIMES AND DISTRIBUTION AREAS
SPAIN-PENINSULAR
The transport of orders is carried out by companies not related to Artesanías Pérez y Pérez, so, as a general rule, the PREPARATION TIME for shipments made in Spain is 5-7 business days.
Once we notify you by email that the product has been shipped, the DELIVERY TIME is 24 to 72 hours (1-3 business days) on most products.
If the order is urgent, please contact us and we will agree on a delivery date so that you have it as soon as possible. In the case of a large order volume, please contact us to arrange a delivery date.
SPAIN-BALEARIC ISLANDS
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the PREPARATION TIME for shipments made is 5-7 business days.
Once we notify you by email that the product has been shipped, the SHIPPING TIME is 4 to 6 business days depending on the island where the order is delivered.
SPAIN-CANARY ISLANDS
For shipments to the Canary Islands you can write an email to info@artesaniasperezyperez.com with the information of the product/s you wish to receive and we will inform you if the shipment is possible and the amount thereof
PORTUGAL
For Portugal, the PREPARATION TIME for shipments made in Portugal is 1-3 business days.
Once we notify you by email that the product has been shipped, SHIPPING TIME is 4 to 6 business days on most products.
FRANCE (Small volume parcel)
For France the PREPARATION TIME for shipments is 1-3 business days.
Once we notify you by email that the product has been shipped, the DELIVERY TIME is 4 to 6 days on most products.
REST OF EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES WHERE WE SHIP (FRANCE - GERMANY - ITALY...)
We ship to the following countries: Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic. For shipments to countries other than these, contact us. If you want to place an order or know a budget, you can send us an email to info@artesaniasperezyperez.com with the products you want and the address and we will send you a complete budget with shipping included and shipping time.
COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you are interested in receiving your order in another area, you can contact us directly to verify availability and the applicable rate. It is important to keep your personal information up to date whenever there is a change. Otherwise, there may be delays or losses in your orders, for which Artesanías Pérez y Pérez will not be responsible.
The delivery times indicated in all of section 1 (Shipping times and distribution areas) are indicative, from Artesanías Pérez y Pérez we will endeavor to respect the indicated deadlines. These deadlines will always be calculated on working days - from Monday to Friday - since the courier service hired by Artesanías Pérez y Pérez does not carry out expeditions on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
PRICES
The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include VAT. The cost of transportation will be included during the purchase process once you register.
SPAIN-PENINSULAR
For shipments in Spain (Peninsula) the shipping costs are 6'99 euros up to 100 euros of purchase. From 100 euros of purchase, shipments are free.
SPAIN-BALEARIC ISLANDS
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands depend on the volume of the products. To check the shipping costs, register with the delivery address in the Balearic Islands and add the products you want to the cart, then you will be able to see the amount of the shipment.
Once you have registered as a client, the web will show in certain products, the measurements that are possible to send to the Balearic Islands.
If, once the order is formalized, we observe that you have purchased a product with measures that we cannot send, we will contact you via email to resolve the error.

If an available carrier does not appear, it is because the product/s to be sent exceeds the limits of the agency and we have to provide an alternative budget to the one offered on the web.
Once you have registered as a customer, the website will show, for certain products, the measurements that can be sent to France.
If, once the order is formalized, we observe that you have purchased a product with measures that we cannot send, we will contact you via email to resolve the error.

To buy CUSTOM-MADE products, orders for companies with LARGE VOLUME of orders or SPECIAL CONDITIONS, in that case, CHECK WITH US BY PHONE, CONTACT FORM, EMAIL OR WHATSAPP to receive accurate information.
SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
It is possible to request delivery of the purchase to a different address than the one that appears in your client's file. You must indicate the corresponding address in the comments during the purchase process.
It is important that you indicate your shipping address correctly, if by any chance (inaccessible farm, unpaved roads or in poor condition, roads with impossible access due to truck volume, delivery of bulky merchandise (heavy packages or pallets on floors)) delivery of the merchandise is not possible, delivery will be made to an alternative address in the same town / city or to the closest possible point to the address initially indicated. If the buyer does not accept the above conditions, he will be responsible for assuming the return shipping costs of the material. In the case of products on offer, made to measure, liquidation or outlet, the return of the products will not be possible and in the event of return to our workshop, the customer must pay the shipping amount indicated to make a new shipment to his address.
The customer (or someone who can receive the order) agrees to be at the delivery address and on the day agreed with the transport company.
If once the delivery has been arranged with the transport agency (by call, SMS or email) there is no time and place for the reception, it is possible that the transport agency will not make a new distribution and it is necessary to pay a supplement for the second cast.
Please be present in the area or indicate to the carrier an alternative address within the same town/city with extended hours (neighbors, shops, acquaintances ...)) where you can leave the package to avoid having to pay the supplement.
This supplement would be informed by Artesanías Pérez y Pérez to the client and, if it is not paid within 2-3 business days, the package is returned to our workshop and it would be necessary to pay the previous supplement and a new transport service to be able to send the order (in case of not doing so, the order will not be refunded).
